When I reached out to him initially, he was very efficient with starting the process right away. The information I needed was delivered immediately which permitted me to comfortably send him back everything he needed to get me pre approved, which, he managed to do in less than 24hrs. As soon as I identified the house, he collaborated with my real estate agent without me having to lift a finger. He graciously took everything on and worked it out efficiently which made my experience enjoyable and calming. As soon as I had the contract in place, he got my loan approved and I was able to successfully close the loan within a month from when I was pre approved.
